With a wave of experience in the concrete sector, Johan is at the helm as production manager of precast concrete enclosures. Thanks to his years of involvement, Johan possesses the ability to effectively streamline complex processes and successfully manage teams.

Hans, the production manager in machining sheet metal and metal bars into custom-made parts. With an organisational talent, Hans coordinates and plans the production process to perfection. His skills ensure that each piece is perfectly formed, adapted to customers' specific needs.

Jochen, the manager leading the production of sustainable, green and quality switchgear. Under his leadership, medium-voltage switches are made that not only last longer but also operate more efficiently - a win-win for performance and the environment.

Pieter, the experienced R&D engineer. Besides his pioneering work, he is always up for a sociable chat with colleagues and a drink. Whether celebrating a breakthrough or just relaxing, Pieter brings enthusiasm and a good atmosphere.

Tiny is the benjamin of the family and a natural jack of many kinds. She enjoys thinking about the future of Het Veer and, in addition to her job as a project officer, she fearlessly keeps three adolescents (including two children) on the right sailing route at home.
