Het Veer code of conduct

Why do we need a Code of Conduct?

Described below is Het Veer’s specific code of conduct.

Yet in a constantly changing world, one fact remains unchanged: Het Veer’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics and integrity.

Through its technologies, Het Veer makes an important contribution to businesses and communities. But not only what we do, but also how we do it, determines our reputation with our stakeholders and helps us remain successful.

That reputation is particularly valuable to Het Veer. And like all our assets, it too needs to be developed and protected.

The Code of Conduct is central to how we protect and develop our reputation. It is founded on our business principles of responsibility, respect and determination, and defines how we should behave. This is not about our general behaviour, but about how we handle certain situations in which our reaction may have important reputational consequences

From Het Veer.

The Code of Conduct goes beyond compliance with the law in the countries where we operate. She shows how we are committed to behaving with ethics and integrity in any situation, while still respecting people’s rights as individuals. We expect this from every Het Veer employee, everywhere and at all times, as well as from all our business partners. After all, high standards in our relationships are the foundations of sustainable success.

We want to be recognised as a distinguished leader in everything we do. And we want all our stakeholders to be proud of their relationship with Het Veer.

I urge you to read the Code thoroughly so that you too can apply the high standards of behaviour that all our stakeholders expect from Het Veer.

Despite this, don’t know exactly how to act in a given situation? Then you can always turn to your management, HR department or local representative for support and advice.

Thank you for helping Het Veer comply with our Code of Conduct and uphold integrity in all our activities.
