On Thursday, Oct. 24, members of the Drongen 1 business association were guests of Het Veer, which umbrella companies include Deba, SGC-SwitchGear Company, Femaco and Mevoco.

In addition to the explanation about power distribution in Belgium and the applications Het Veer makes for it, everyone was given a tour of the SGC and Femaco production hall, the showroom with the range of medium-voltage panels and the museum that exhibits 75 years of medium-voltage. Following this, Lieze Gheysens of Attendo and Lieselot Hamerlynck of Nutriquine explained the topic of “burn out.” Everyone received a clear understanding of the factors that trigger burn out, the best ways to deal with it as a company, and 10 tips to avoid burn out as much as possible.

The evening was accompanied by delicious catering from DJAR.
