As our dedicated talent finder, you will search for suitable candidates yourself through various channels and unleash your creativity to bring in that extra wave of applicants.

You screen the resumes and you know how to convince the candidate during an interview about why it’s great to work here. Afterwards, you briefly follow up with the candidates throughout their application process and can always assist them with valuable information and feedback.

Together with The Positive Wave Crew, you will provide a warm welcome to our new colleagues and collaborate on fun projects such as employer branding, social media, digital and international recruiting. Your original ideas are like a fresh sea breeze, and you know how to put them into practice.

But, you certainly don’t lose sight of administrative follow-up either 😉

Who we are looking for

  • You can present a first experience in recruiting (technical) employees.
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French.
  • You are administratively precise and MS Office holds no secrets for you.
  • You are up to date with the latest trends regarding recruitment, social media and are a barrel of good ideas in terms of employer branding.
  • You should not be surprised that we are enthusiastic about a smooth personality, someone who perseveres even when the going gets tough, but above all you are driven to help realize the growth of the various sister companies as a team.
