You screen the resumes and you know how to convince the candidate during an interview why it’s great to work here. Afterwards, you briefly follow up with the candidates throughout their application process and can always assist them with valuable information and feedback.

You will also be a proud ambassador to our recruiting partners and schools. This will ensure good cooperation and an influx of hidden treasures.

• You can present a first experience in recruiting (technical) employees.
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French.
• You are administratively precise and MS Office holds no secrets for you.
• You are up to date with the latest trends regarding recruitment, social media and are a barrel of good ideas in terms of employer branding.
